You didn't like the idea a pod or two ago, but surely eating Simmons's salary to get Bridges on the cheap would be a great outcome (if you didn't have to give any of the firsts).
- BS and MB both improve the defence, athleticism and rebounding
- MB is obviously a great fit
- Still have draft picks to use on the roster
- Tell BS he's not the point guard (except in the second unit teams) and that Maxey is definitely the closer
- Nurse's coaching may get something new out of Simmons's athleticism and passing
- BS expires in a year, so even he's terrible or doesn't play it opens you up for a next year's free agency or a deadline salary filler
When people talk about getting assets at their lowest value, they don't come much lower than Simmons!
Do you pee in the shower? If yes (and I know you do), do you adjust your habits when staying outside of your own home? For example, staying in a friend's house, what's your approach?
