The Dark And The Light
Stateside Vodka, amazing. But have you tried Stateside Black Label Bourbon? Get a bottle of each of these wonderful spirits (that's what fancy folks call them), in one package. And Stateside will even ship them to you for free, so you don't even have to get off your lazy ass. Order a bottle of each for one price right here.
Oh Yeah,The Sixers
What the fuck my guy(s) and gals.
Some Thoughts!
1. The Roster
George Hill, gifted (back) to the World Champion Bucks, Dwight Howard and his deadlift routine, gone. Danny Green, Corner Three Proprietor, welcome back, Furkan welcome back, Georges Niang and *Checks Notes* Andre Drummond? Welcome....Home? Thats it gang, thats three days and a cloud of free agency dust so far. Then again, really not much you can do when you have a 6'10 Can't Shoot, Won't Shoot (Can't Stop Won't Stop Roc -A-Fella Records) cloud hanging over you. I'm not sure what I expected, but definitely not this.
There's still work to be done, and players *technically, can't sign with teams until tomorrow, but it's hard to see who of the remaining heap will be/could be real needle movers for a roster in desperate need of rejuvenation.
Add on top of that, that every year the LA and Miami's of the world get top choice as favorable destinations and it's easy to see why the trade route has always and will always be the way this team upgrades (until Joel Embiid becomes an active recruiter) (or until guys like playing for Doc Rivers, oops.........) so all hope is not lost but there's certainly work to do for the Morey front office before training camp next month.
2. Everything Else
Jaden Springer is a great pick. He will be alot of fun next to Tyrese Maxey, given both players are still Sixers by the time October rolls around and he's not buried 20 feet under the bench.
The Rest From The Best
Ben Simmons is still a Sixer, and there's nothing hinting at that changing anytime soon. Mike O'Connor on what this means now and possibly going forward.
Every Player, scenario and possible Sixers tie, Sixers Adam knocks it out again with his 2021 Free Agency Primer.
The Frosty Freeze Out may live on, but certainly not without its most fearless champion to date. Farewell Dwight, with love, from Andrew Unterberger.
