The signing of 2 older, often injured players to max contracts was obviously egregious from the jump - especially when there was zero point zero reason to extend Embiid. Morey and Harris have effectively made this team irrelevant for the next 2-5 years depending how they manage the atrocity they have created.

Can you give more context for this? As I recall the Phillies have been pretty relevant for some years now. The Eagles have been one of the best ran football franchises for a long time now. Hockey... I don't pay enough attention to. And the 76ers have been big news ever since Embiid arrived. Was the "trust the process" really that optimistic of a time? I'm so confused by the reference to 1995.
They are a fringe playoff team tho. There were years they were absolutely pitiful in the lead up to getting Embiid.
And Tyrese Maxi is a Gem. Get rid of Embiid in the off-season and retool. I don’t see this being their worst year in 30. They are a train wreck for sure but they are still interesting
