Brillant breakdown of Embiid's current dilemma. The observation about offensive brilliance masking defensive lapses is spot on, kinda reminds me of watching prime Harden where the counting stats would look insane but the on-off numebrs told a different story. When a star's defensive intensity drops mid-season like this, it usually signals conditioning issues more than effort.
