Over the last decade, when the Sixers have been in the playoffs, we’ve done the podcast immediately afterward. This has been particularly notable during the YouTube and Twitch era, as you’ve been able to watch the pod as we’re recording it right after the games.
There may be this this postseason where we are not live immediately after the game. We could be later that night, or even the next morning. This was the only way we could guarantee that we’d have me and Mike on the pod for all of the postseason games (maybe it’s just two! Maybe it’s seven! Who knows!).
We love AU and Sixers Adam and are genuinely thankful for their ability to fill in over the last couple of months, but all things considered we think it’s important for these pods to be me and Mike.
Mike and my work schedule are occasionally at odds, and Mike’s often times (for the next couple of weeks) has him working late into the evening. In these cases, we’ll either do the pod much later that evening, or early the next morning. There is of course, the possibility that the timing works out and we’re live right after the game.
We’re just letting you know so you know that we’ll be there… eventually.
Go Sixers?
