There's something that it's inherently enjoyable to watch a super athletic player who gets to the right spots while always moving under control. KJ is rarely ever off balance on either end and is still able to make plays. Heck, even his running style up and down the court is efficient in his movement and quickness.
seems pretty clear to me that KJ is getting extended minutes to market imminent trade. RCIV does everything KJ does but better and stronger. (his current low percentage with the 3 notwithstanding)
I'm not sure how you've come to the conclusion that RCIV does everything better than KJ given how little RCIV has actually played in the NBA (<500 min for his career). It's a tiny sample size and probably even smaller when you take out garbage time minutes.
It baffles me that RJIV is not getting more minutes right now. He is explosive and strong to the basket, He rebounds well. He creates off the dribble and frequently fouled. He reminds me of a "rough around the edges" Westbrook. His scoring ratio per minutes played is high (at least as I understand) Needs confidence and consistency with his 3. I like KJ but his game is very limited. Below average shooter from three, he slashes to the hoop well off the break, but rarely creates off the dribble, quick leaper and pretty efficient scorer when he gets the ball around the hoop.

Here we go again with the bingo cards....
