Hello & Happy Friday - It's the Corner Three!

Oh Yeah, The Sixers
Since we last talked:
Reports around the league are that the Sixers have been calling around trying to gauge trade interest in pretty much anyone not named Embiid, Maxey or Harden. Understandably as they are very much lacking assets and very much in need of a turnover in the middle and bottom parts of the roster.Â
Teams/Front offices expect that the Sixers will try/are trying very hard to package the pick and most likely Danny Green's salary for a proven player and opt to just make the pick if unsuccessful.Â
(Reportedly) James Harden will opt-in to his $47 Million dollar player option for next season with the intent to sign an extra two-year deal beyond the extension presumably team-friendly and much less than a max salary as he and ownership are agree that his best chance to win right now is in the 215 next to Mad Max and the big fella.
Tobias Harris and his representation aka Tobias and his dad, have again, apparently been making it clear that he would like to be more involved in offense and, most notably in pick and roll settings. I don't begrudge the guy for not wanting to chill in the corner all game but give me a break.
Roc Divers is still coach...Fuck
My two more cents:
They are going to trade the pick and probably Danny for a more "right now" contributor. I sorely want the pick because I think there's great value there but depending on the potential return I won't be upset at more immediate help either.Â
Congrats (and thank you) Andrew Wiggins and the Warriors
Our Guys
The Sixers have been good, near great some would say, for the better part of the last 5 years but have never committed to the same roster the next year. EVER. Andrew Unterberger says it's finally time to actually run it back.
