Move Into My Apartment

I promise this has nothing to do with the Sixers.

Hey all, it’s CJ, producer of the Rights to Ricky Sanchez Podcast. You normally don’t hear from me on here, but I am in a jam and need some help.

The short of it all is that I am moving to DC. My girlfriend, Kelly, got a new job, so later next month, she, Norman, and I will be moving out of our Philly apartment. We unfortunately need to break our lease unless someone takes it over. So I am asking you, the Ricky Universe: if you know someone who is looking for a place in Philly, I have the perfect 2 bed 2 bath solution for you!

This would ideally be a mid-March move. Rent is $2,752, utilities (water, gas, electric) never go above $100/mo. It’s near the Art Museum, has tons of amenities (w/d in-unit, dog park, great view of Center City). It’s truly a great spot and we would certainly be staying here longer if we could.
